I want to create a pivot table that is similar to a reservation calendar.

I have a numerical value in column "E" that I want duplicated on the same row through the date range columns between column "F" and "G"

i.e., in E2 is the number "1" (Qty) and F2 is 3/13/2009 (Prep date) and G2 is 3/20/2009 (Return date). When the pivot table is created I would like to see the number "1" in every cell for 3/13/2009, 3/14/2009, 3/15/2009, etc... until 3/20/2009 and then leave the cells blank after that end date.

Currently I have my pivot table setup like this:
Column D (Order description) is under Row Labels
Column E (Qty) is under values
Column F (Prep Date) is under column labels.

I'm not too familair with pivot tables so any help would be appreciated.

I'm using Excel 2007.

Thanks!
Natx
