Hi there,

I am trying to filter a very long list of data using a drop down in a pivot table. When I click on the drop down, the list comes up in an unreadable jumbled mess. A lot of items on the list are very long so they take up a few lines. This is a new spreadsheet I am working on, but I believe I ran into this same issue last year with a similar file. I believe when I connected my laptop to an external monitor I was able to see the items in the list. I don't have access to the external monitor so I am trying to just do it on my MacBook but it's not working. Could there be something about the size of my screen that makes it jumbled? Like it's not large enough? Seems strange to me the it wouldn't work. I'm using Excel for mac version 6.23

Any advice would be appreciated.

many thanks,
Laura
