Hi,
In my case it is not working. I have a list of names and their counts for each name in pivot table. Actualy pivot table is made from the number of records. I have 17000 records and each record has a name. So i created a pivot table to see the names and their records. So there is a list of 100 names and against each name there is a count or records such as 19, 20, 45, 800 etc. So the grand total of the pivot table shows as 17000 which is the total record count for the list of 100 names. Now when I am using top 10 filter in the pivot, it is showing me top 10 names and their record counts which totals to 8000 but now when I am clicking the count of 8000 to see the 8000 records I am still seeing 17000 records.
