:(

On page 225 of this book (Chapter 10 in a section called Synchronizing Two Pivot Tables with One Combo Box) in Figure 10.15 there is a file to which the text is referring.

The unfortunate thing is that this file is not made available to the reader!

This makes reading and applying this particular section very difficult (to say the least!).

I have checked:-

http://www.mrexcel.com/pivotbookdata2007.html

- which is supposed to be the files for this book but there is nothing there for Chapter 10.

The book does this on a number of other occasions which makes what could have been a good book a poor one.

Anybody got any idea where I can get the files that the book uses in Chapter 10?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
OK, I think that I have managed to create a Pivot Table that seems to match the one that appears in page 225 / Figure 10.15 so that particular problem seems to be solved.

If anyone wants a copy of my file I can make a copy available.
