Pivot Table Customization

I am working with a connection to my oracle table and am trying to create dashboard of the summary roll ups within oracle. The only issue is that the pivot table uses raw data, to which i don't have any without it being rolled up to some level. I created a few graphs with slicers, but when nothing is selected in them they display percentages that are a summation of every possibility. Is there a way I can customize the graphs and pivot table reporting to leave anything blank or even anything greater than 100%.

My VBA skills are sub-par, or frankly limited to reading at best. thanks.

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
In a some what amusing twist -- I get the feeling you are asking questions of "normal pivot tables" that can only be solved by using Power Pivot (which is the forum you are in).

If you have a version of Excel which allows for Power Pivot, I would go down that road.
If you do not... I would go ask in the "main" excel forum, where you will get more help.

I do have power pivot but with not much use in it. I am still trying to simulate the same thing i discussed. Thanks.
