How do you count the results from all columns in a pivot table? I want the first row of Team 2 to have a count of 2 as AS manages AK and subsequently of ES?

Also when I collapse the Rows I want the count to show total number of people managed by AS. Count comes to 18 but should actually be 22 including the 4 people managed by AS? How do I resolve this in a pivot a table?

I have a sheet and need to show how many people by the person in Mngr Name column. The 18 above should read 22?
