Hi Guys

I have two worksheets with customer data in them, I had created a pivot table for one of the sheets and then was doing a =COUNTIF(TCF!C:C,"*"&A22&"*") to match the data on the other worksheet it would provide a 1 if it was there and 0 if not.:eeek:

Is there a simple way around this, I was looking at potentially creating a data table but that is a little bit beyond me at the minute.

What goes into the pivot table at the minute is the following:

Filter = location
Rows = Created by (this identifies the sale advisor), Name (customer name)
Values = Name (again customer name)

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Cheers

Ant

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Sorry I should also say when I filter by location the column with the formula in it does not match the pivot table if that makes sense...
