Pivot table: Count number of rows within a group and show total count in the same column

I have a pivot table, where a part of it looks like this:

I want to count the number of animals that occurs within each group.
Each line will always represent only one animal. It is therefore unnecessary to have that extra “Count of animals” column that shows that each line has the value of 1.

What I want is this:

Does anyone know how I can acquire this?
