I am using Access 2000 and am considering using the Pivot Table 9.0 object on the form instead of a spreadsheet linked Pivot Table.

When I put the control on the form, I don't seem to have a property to set the data source. How does this work?

Tim.

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
The Data Source won't be in the normal Properties toolbox that you're used to. Double-click on the Pivot Table which you've dropped onto your form, and then click Properties in the Pivot's Toolbar. It will bring up a special Properties Box which will allow you to specify a Connection String.
