Pivot Table Conditioning Changes when expand/collapse

First, copying with the Xl2BB doesn't look right. But more to the point, I set three conditional formattings, but when any item is collapsed or expanded, the "applies to" range changes.

Is it possible to have the pivot table keep formatting regardless of collapsing?

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
