Pivot Table Column Order

I have a pivot table and tabulates sales data for the Month / Quarter and Year in columns across. The Month Number, Quarter Number and Year are all individual fields. Excel automatically creates a hierarchy by Year then Quarters, then months, all except months have subtotals.

It looks like this:

2018
Q1 Q2
Jan Feb Mar Q1 Total Apr May Jun Q2 Total 2018 Total

It was requested that all the totals be put at the end of the months, quarters and years.

Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Q1 Q2 2018 Total

I'm not seeing a way that the totals can be broken from their related time periods?

Any advise would be appreciated.

Dave
