Pivot Table changes

I used to be able to hover over a VALUE, ROW or COLUMN and cursor would change to a small arrow. Once arrow popped up I could "right click" and all the elements that were the same would highlight as well. This allowed me to make formatting changes quick and easily. Was this functionality removed in Excel 2010?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
It may depend on whether that is a "Classic" Pivot Table or the newer form.
Gosh, I haven't looked a 2010 in so long and there were a few bugs in that version for some tools/add-ins that I didn't even use it for that long.
I'm using O365
