Hi,

I have what I think is a simple question:

I have a pivot table with sales broken out into column for E-Commerce Sales and then Brick & Mortar sales. I have many rows of data showing both E-Commerce sales and Brick & Mortar sales. I want to also include a % of total however I am having a hard time.

Say that E-Comm sales are $500 and Brick & Mortar sales are $1,000 for a particular row in the pivot table. Therefore E-Commerce sales are 33% of total sales and Brick & Mortar are 67% of total sales. In order to get these I simply drag in Sales and change to Show Values as % of Row Total. That works great.

Now I want to do the same thing for Sales Last Year. Drag in Sales LY, change to Show Values as % of Row Total. Let's say that Last year E-Commerce was 28% and Brick & Mortar was 72%.

Now I want to create a calculation that displays the change in the % of sales. Since E-Commerce is 33% of total sales this year and 28% of sales last year I want the result to be 5.0% of 5.0 points. I have yet to figure out how to do this.

Thoughts?

Thanks,

Greg
