Pivot Table Calculation

For a class I have a set of data that gives actual sales for each day. I currently have a Pivot table of the sum of those actuals and I want to make another one daily actuals.

I cannot just create a calculated field because it divides the number of days by each transaction and I don't want that - I want the total sum of the days to be divided by the amount of days in the month

hopefully this makes sense - any tips?

Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
U should probably use the Data Model and an additional Table (Calendar) to provide all the appropriate dates and number of days in a calendar month.
