Dear all,

I am working on Pivot table and in the need of using the calculated field. I tried to find a solution in old threads but was not able to find any.

Data structure:
Different Products showing monthly figures for Year 2013, 2014 & 2015 separately in each column (means I have 26 column starting from Jan-13 to Jan-15).

Output/Desired results:

1. Product Showing monthly comparison: Means I selected two months from Pivot table field list to compare then I have added a calculated field to show the variance & variance %

My difficulty: In this case, the calculated field is not updating if I change the months because this calculated field needs to be changed every time if there is a change in months.

Desired solution: Is there any way to update this calculated field to the selected months automatically?

2. Products showing Year to date comparison: Means if I select the month for example Feb, then I should aggregate the Jan & Feb.
My difficulty: I am not able to find out a solution using pivot table.

Appreciate any support. Many thanks in advance.
