Pivot Table Calculated Field Suggestion

Hello,
I'm attempting to make a simple calculated field that will change based off in and out values of stock materials.
I understand how to use the basic pivot table calculated field, but I can't figure out how to make it possible.
Ideally, I want the field to be equal to as mentioned in image.
