I have a Pivot Table that keeps showing (blank) when I would rather have the empty cell.

Is there any simple way that I may be overlooking?

Thank you for your time.

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Hi, I assume it is a value in the PivotTable that is showing as "(blank)". If it is, go to the PivotTable Options, Layout & Format Tab. Under Format, change the setting "For Empty cells show:".

To access PivotTable Options:
- Under PivotTable Tools in the Ribbon, go to Options Tab, click Options or:
- Right-click anywhere in the PivotTable, click PivotTable Options...

The above works for XL2007.
