We have created the necessary views in our SQL database which can be up to a million records<o></o>

We have successfully pivoted against the views by using the "external data source" option in the pivot table wizard
All seems to work OK

Is this the correct way of doing this? Are there better ways of doing this? Is it robust? Can we automatically refresh the pivot table<o></o>
