Pivot Table Analysis - compare columns

I have a large spreadsheet listing the products manufactured, with all the components used with their prices. A Pivot Table shows each component, the number of times it has been used together with the average, max & min prices.
I have been trying to find a way to highlight rows where the difference between the the average price differs from the Max/Min by more than a set percentage. These are a minority. This preferably would be by setting a flag in a further column, but conditional formatting would be OK.
I am stuck. Help
 

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
