Hello

This is a non-VBA Question.

I have a Pivot Table with 2 row labels (Name & ID) and 3 SumValues (A, B & C)

I want that my Pivot show only values that are:

C > 0
A > 2.500

Once I choose a value Filter for C greater than 0 I can no longer choose A greather then 2.500
I can only add a condition over C but never a new condition to a different SumValue like A.

Is there another way?
Using a Pivot Table (mandatory).

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Hello, I think some details may be missing, like are A, B,and C calculated items or are these fields? But have you tried to turn on filters for all of the columns and use those? To do that you have to trick the Pivot Tableby clicking in a cell directly to the right of the pivot table column and thengo to your normal filter icon and turn on filters there.

Hello.

'A' & 'B' are the SumValues of a certain amount of events for each 'Name'.
'C' is just 0 or 1

I think tricking the Pivot Table did the job!

Helluva simple trick!!
Made me feel kind of stupid!
:eeek:

Thank You Joyner!

You are welcome, and it's not something Excel will tell you, you just need to learn it from someone at some point like I did.
