I have a simple database of food makers. Three fields: maker name. Food category, Region. I have about 1200 records. I have created a pivot table with category and region on X and Y,and it shows a count of makers in each cell.Which is fine as far as it goes. But I want to list the names of the makers in this table - so I guess multiple names in each cell? Can this be done? Or is there another way I have to do it? Many thanks, Greig
