Pivot Period weeks not running in sequence

I have a pivot chart that shows Periods and Weeks as shown below, but I want them to run in sequence and find that P10 W1 % P10 W2 does not run after P9 W4.
I have looked at everything in the chart and looks ok.
Wonder if any of you can help

Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
