I have a chart that shows products and the states and by each state and product has the amount needed

I need to be able to do a pivot to isolate how many of each product by state the state needs

the chart shows that but I am trying to do a pivot where the products that are now above the state and numbers are to the side going down instead so that this way I can sort by the product easily

Is there a way to do this in a pivot or a formula based way? Index match maybe? I’m lost please help and thank you
