Hi, I have a pivot table that shows Product Category & then Product Name in Rows. I then have the number of products that we have sold as the values with the name of who sold them in the column.
My problem is that I want to be able to view just one employee and display the products they have sold as well as the products they haven't sold. If I tick show items with no data it brings up every product name under each product category even though it's a product that doesn't belong to that category.
Is there a way around this?

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
no sales should be 0 in the data. not in scope should be null. anyhow. did you think of adding a filter (eg Product Type)?
