Good Afternoon,

I am trying to edit the row subtotals and grand totals in a pivot table to include items that have been hidden by the filter. Here is my data:

The data table is top left, pivot top right (with filter applied to remove 0's from B) and bottom left is a snip of the pivot without filter applied.

You can see the grand total in the snip is 1.95 for A and 25 for B when no filters are applied. What i want to do is filter any rows in B that are zero, but still have 1.95 / 25 displayed as the grand total (as compared to 0.3 / 25) and the same for each subtotal. Can anyone point me in the right direction please ?

I have a secondary question also - is it possible to turn a total off for a particular column ? As a workaround for this I was considering using conditional formatting to create a formula that coloured the text white if a certain condition was met.

Many thanks in advance for your help
