Pivot filter linked to multiple cells with formula

Good day!

What VBA code can help me if I want to automatically change my pivot table filter to a cell values (which is multiple), sometimes these cells contains value sometimes do not. So sometimes my filter will be multiple items sometime only one.

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
