Hi all. I would like to know how to put a formula in calculated field in pivot values for a count. Attached image will give you an idea as i need the orange highlighted result in pivot by putting formula so i can filter by branches and many more.

Here i have to do manually outside table.

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
What are those percentages supposed to be?

Ah OK. I think you'd have to create a calculated item (not a calculated field) that is ='Renewal' / 'New Policy'
