pivot data into 15 minute interval counts

Hi All

i have a list of data as shown below ( goes into multiple days ) that i am trying to group up to show how many are in a 15 minute interval ( or 30 if 15 is too hard )

It should look like this when im done, or similar

29/05/2020
15:00 - 15:15 = 2
15:16 - 15:30 = 2
15:31 - 15:45 = 2
15:46 - 16:00 = 1

ideally i'm trying to do this in a pivot, i can group by hours and even minutes, but i want to determine the how many minutes
