Pivot Charts Title - autopopulate when new value is changed in Field Table

Hi,

Can I do a cell reference so that if I move something different into the Field table "value" it will automatically change to that?

I think cell reference doesn't work but what else can I do?

Value Field may read = Sum of Widgets
Value Field changes to = Count of Widgets

So the cell reference doesn't change if I modify my field table.
