Morning,

I have a large table (7,500 rows) that will grow monthly. I'm creating a dashboard for upper management to track Close Ratios for our State, Region and Rep levels.

My issue is that I have 3 stages that make up a close ratio (won, lost, declined). As I build the chart, I'm unable to remove the lost/declined portions of the chart without the "win" ratio then suggesting that 100% of the business is "won".

How can I remove the two components that I don't need, without changing the results of the main component I'm looking for.

I've never posted here, so if I need an attachment or more information, please let me know. I'm in need of some quick help.

Thank you in advance.

Hello overmyer24 - Welcome to the forum. I have seen in other charts where the data is not "removed", but rather just made invisible by using the chart column color the same as the background. You might consider something like this to hide the unneeded data and keep visible just what you want. Hope this helps get things started.
