Pivot Chart that shows Individual # vs Average

I have data that is similar to the chart below with multiple entries for each individual. I want to be able to create a pivot chart that shows how many tasks of each complexity type an individual has completed vs the average of all the individuals where I can use a slicer to change the individual. What I can't figure out is how to get the overall average on there. Any help is appreciated

Average of what? Give an example using the data you've shown.

Average of what? Give an example using the data you've shown.
Average of the different complexity types for all the individuals.

For example above for low there are 5 divide the 3 individuals is 1.67 average for all so I want to see Joe did 1 vs the average of 1.67

That doesn't make sense to me. Maybe someone else will understand the maths of whatever that "average" is.
