Pivot Chart, filtered by top 10 and exclude column

I have a pivot table that includes Sum of Sent Emails, Sum of Received Emails and the Total Emails (Sent + Received). I filtered the data to show the top 10 users by Total Emails.

My problem: I want a stacked bar chart of the top 10 Total Email users and a pivot chart will not allow me to exclude the total column.

Any ideas or tricks? I need it to be as automated as possible.

TY!
