Hi guys,
I've Googled but I haven't been able to find any posts about my problem.
I have imported data directly from a Teradata database and imported it as a "PivotTable Report" and not as "Table". The data is about 300,000 rows which is why I'd prefer not to import this as a "Table" as it runs much smoother and saves space.
The PivotTable with the imported data is named "PivotTable2". I have then copied this pivot table a couple of times so in addition to "PivotTable2" I now have e.g. "PivotTable 3", PivotTable 4" etc.
There are slicers connected to each of these pivot tables and for each pivot table I also have 1 chart connected.
The problem that I'm having is that for some reason, when I make filter changes in the slicers, some of the charts (not all) lose their connection to PivotTable X/Y/Z and are instead connected to PivotTable2. If I right click on the chart that lost its connection and go to "Select data", I can see that the Chart data range shows PivotTable2 and it's greyed out so I can't re-connect it to the correct pivot table.
This is a recurring problem that sometimes happen when I have large data sets (100K+ rows in Excel).
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm using MS Office Professional Plus 2010.
Best regards,
Daniel
