So i have a team that i want to know time spent on each task assigned and made an overview. File is in the link and its pretty standard stuff. Two things i need help with. in the pivot, is there a way to add the avg into it? not sum of avg of the time but see how i got the avg of 125 on column g. im try to get that Avg...i feel like i have to add anew column in data tab but im not sure how to go about it....

seconds issue involves data tab.
if a user uses the same action type on the same day on the same vendor then the first action gets the corresponding time spent while the duplicate is 0
day of week column is irrelevant since im going by the date

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
