Pivot: Aggregate Certainty Field Not All Fields

hi all

how to make formula or tricks in pivot table that in col "Target of Year" the value do not aggregate summing based on date but the other field keep aggregate summing
aggregate not full for all fields.
here this layout

Maybe by using MIN, not SUM in the pivot?
