I am currently taking an Excel class through my local community college and I'm hoping to receive and answer regarding my question.
Is there a way and how do you do it, create a pie chart using data across multiple sheets in the same workbook? If this was something we did in class, I missed it. But I'm hoping it's a smooth and simple way to do this!
Thank you!

Hello! Everything is possible. See the photo. The structure of the sheets is the same. Data from all sheets is displayed on one circular diagram.

Strictly speaking no, because a 'pie' chart can only have one data series.
To reproduce the diagram shown by @Sergius you need to use a 'doughnut' chart. For clarity I've shown two data series on one sheet but the principle is the same if the additional series are on separate sheets.
Here are the data:
Book1
ABC
1Oct-23
2SB Prod Cash in1200
3SB Brand Cash in21777
4Misc cash in211285
5SB Prod Cash out1009
6SB Brand Cash out20032
7Misc cash out223320
8
9Nov-23<== These data would be on a separate sheet.
10SB Prod Cash in1200
11SB Brand Cash in21777
12Misc cash in211285
13SB Prod Cash out1009
14SB Brand Cash out20032
15Misc cash out223320
Sheet1

Select A2:B7, then Insert tab->Charts group->Select the pie chart dropdown and select doughnut
Now select B10:B15, Copy, then right click in the chart and select Paste Special, add cells as new series and click OK

Repeat for additional series/sheets.

This will produce a chart like so. You can adjust the thickness of the rings, colours etc.

Having said all this I see you may be using the web-based version of Excel so some of this functionality will not be available.
