Hi Guys,

I am a newbie so please bear with me :)

I have devised a pie chart, unfortnately I am unable to attach it to this thread. Each slice represents a specific buisness areas percentage of an allocated resource. There are a few slices which do make up all the business areas combined.

Can you please help me devise another way of making a summary chart/table which will enable me to calculate the percentage ratio of one specific business area that is defined in the original pie chart slice (eg Business A is 12 %) and ratio this against a slice which is specific to all business areas ( Business AX is 4%).

I have a presentation tomorrow afternoon so you help is appreciated.

Thanks,

HwoodL
