Picture not moving when inserting or deleting cells

Do you know why sometimes pictures don't move when inserting or deleting rows.

Has been happening for a while but can't find root cause.
It doesn't happen all the time though.
Typical workbook is of the order of 1000 rows.

Closed and re-opened workbook this time, inserted row and this time picture moved.

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Try:

  • Select the images you want to adjust
  • Right-click on any of the selected images
  • Select Format Picture
  • Select Size & Properties
  • In the Properties section, check the Move and size with cells option

Thanks DanteAmor but it's not this.
Properties are already set to move with cells, it would be something more difficult to trace, I've had the issue for a long time
