i Will to put value in fist column (A) . i want Second column's Blank cell to recognize intermediate value from first Column .Like B2 cell will find 2 as 2 is between 1 & 3

Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
try this

=SUMPRODUCT(($A$1:$A$3>B1)*($A$1:$A$3" < "B3),$A$1:$A$3)

delete the " in formula
