Hi,

I am quite new to VBA programming within Office.
So far I was able to solve a few issues myself with a friend, but my current issue is bugging my mind and would like to ask for your assistance.

I have a report with pivots which shows me certain violations in my system.
For those violations I have found a solution to to send my automated e-mails.

What is bugging my mind is the following:

In the final stage I want to send out a personalized e-mail to my customer, telling him/her that we are escalating the issue on their behalf.

I have made a template in my workbook for that.
I also have an sheet created that shows me alert 3 information.
I can send them to vendors to push them to work on them for solution.

From that same sheet I want to use column 3(C), which contains a specific number for escalation and column 8(H), which contains the e-mail address of my customer.
My goal is to create an e-mail for every customer in that list.

That pivot extract is dynamic, one day I have only 1 an other day it can be 8.

In my template sheet, i have parked a couple of other templates as well
For this issue I would like to use the templates in A16 and A17.
with between these two the specific escalation code from alert 3 column 3(C).

It would be appreciated if you guys and girls could lend me hand with solving this mind blogging issue for me.
