Personal Macro Workbook In The Startup Folder Must Stay Open For Recording

Hi, I have Windows 7 and office 2007. Out of the blue, when trying to save a macro on personal workwook, Excel gives me the following message: personal workbook must stay open for recording a Marco on personal workbook. I've read previous thread, and tried the proposed solution
Click the Excel Options button.
In the categories pane, click Add-ins.
Disabled Items, and then click Go.
Select the disabled add-in and click Enable..

I enabled the Personal workbook but still the problem remain.
My personal workbook is in the right path:
C:\Users\ALBERTO\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART
And is called PERSONAL.XLSB
Does this file have to have a some specific settings? Shall I try to delete it and re-crerate it?I've tried everything but I’m stumped. Thanks

What is the code you are trying to save in personal workbook?
Why are you trying to save it there instead of in the current workbook?

Thanks for your answer. Because like that I can run the macro from each file Excel I want, not only from a specifica one
