I want to track performance of my service techs.
I want to measure them monthly by service request turnover and average age of service requests.
Turnover is how many new requests were generated during the month and how many were closed. Target is 100%
Average age of service requests is how many days it takes to close a request. Target is 7 days.
Average age is the priority, so I'd like to weigh that metric at 75% vs. 25% for the # of requests.
I want to refer to the result as the Performance Factor.
I'd like to group the results in a graduating scale, e.g. 0-3 = 100%, 3-6 = 90%, and so on.
I'd like to have a table the corresponds to the results that you can reference based on the result.
I would appreciate any ideas on this project.
Thanks in advance.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
