Hello World!

I have 25 employees who I need to create a dashboard for. I am familiar with pivot tables, slicers and timelines but the way the data is compiled I am unsure how to create the executive summary piece.

Can you help me create a dashboard that displays the following information:

1. Accuracy Totals and Average
2. CW Volume Totals and Average
3. Duration Totals and Average
4. Completed Cases Totals and Average
5. Duration of Completed Cases Totals and Average
6. Reject (Task) Volume Totals and Average
7. Contribution Totals and Average
8. I would like to be able to view this information by rep and by 3 different views via picklists
a. Previous 3 Months
b. Previous Fiscal Month
c. Year to date

I will need to be able to refresh the dashboard since the Mgr Summary tab will be modified each month. My thinking is I need to export my data to Access and use that as my database file, but I am thinking there may be an easier way.

Anyone up for the challenge?

Thanks,

Justin
