Percentages in a pivot table

Hello,

I have a booking slot system with slot times 0600 - 2000. there are 53 in total and I want to copy the data into an excel file and have a pivot show the percentage of slots filled. Each slot filled with have a 5 digit reference number entered and empty slots will just be blank.

Is there a way the pivot can work this out? Im struggling to get it right?
