percentage problem

I need for example 1,000,000 = 100%
So i need if someone enters 500,000 in A1 then it will show 50% in B1

I am unsure how to put this formula together

B1:

=A1/1,000,000

Custom format B1 as percentage.

By the way, it's better to have 1,000,000 in a cell of its own on a separate sheet named say Admin and name that cell Norm. If done so, B1 would become:

=A1/Norm
