I have a historical spreadsheet of employees names and which department they are assigned to when they were onboard the vessel and when not (lets call it emplyment.xls)
I have a historical spreadsheet of employees names who have participated in an 'observation program' and in this program they will have their name and department listed (SOP.xls)

I'd like to know how to get %ages of participation by department & individual personnel (64 total on board) in any given period using a date slider.

Example (numbers do not represent what's in the tables):
Joe bloggs 85%
Joe Smith 100%
etc..

Marine Dept. 100%
Deck Dept. 95%

Any help appreciated.
