Pegar fórmula sin que se cambien las referncias

Hola de nuevo

Tengo en una celda una fórmula del tipo

=a2+b2

si copio y pego 3 filas más abajo me pondrá

=a5+b5

pero yo quisiera que me lo copiase igual sin necesidad de tener que poner los $. ¿es posible?

Miraré en ASAP ya que manualmente sólo me permite una fórmula cada vez y tengo casi media hoja con fórmulas....
