Hi all,

I have a spreadsheet with multiple pages. The Page Setup paper size is all set to "Legal" for every worksheet, however, when I print them to PDF using the built in "Save as Adobe PDF" function in excel, the pages come out as different sizes. I can't figure out what's causing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's some screen shots of what I'm seeing:

Snip of the PDF after printing. The Red Arrows I drew in show the difference in page size:

Here's the Page Set Up:

And here's the Adobe PDF Settings after hitting "Options" from above:

And here is what I'm using to create the multiple page PDF:

I should note. This is an older spreadsheet and at one time some of the pages were set to 11"x17" print size, however they have all been changed to Legal 8.5"x14". Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Kelsey

I figured it out finally. I had to change the excel spreadsheet formatting so that the spreadsheet was the exact same size that I wanted it to print. Using the page layout view, for example, for a page that I wanted to print on an 8-1/2"x11" paper size I formatted the column widths to 8" exactly and formatted the page layout to have 1/4" margins. Now it prints all the same size on PDF.
