I have a number of sheets that need to be exported as a .pdf but when all the print settings are defined (there does need to be an option to print via Excel as well) the actual .pdf output doesn't match the Excel print.
As this .pdf is to be shared externally with clients it needs to be bang on exactly the same as the Excel print.
FYI - the print size being used is Letter (215.9 x 279.4 mm) but I can't see how this would have any effect on the .pdf output.
Another issue that is a problem is when the page break locations are changed. Each of the outputs contains up to 4 tables of data each of which can have between 0 and 40 rows of data. A macro hides unused rows in each table and therefore the page breaks need to be changed for each sheets to ensure each of the 4 tables don't get split between 2 pages.
When this is done by the user, the .pdf output shrinks and starts to leave a blank space to the right of the data but headers and footers stay where they are supposed to be.
Could anyone help with this as I am struggling to fix this.
TIA
