I am a ship captain. Our crew works 28 days on, 28 days off. Payroll is every 14 days starting with the first Monday of the year. Our rotations are in the middle of the week mostly, and therefore in the middle of a pay period. I manually entered the "Days Pay". I have a formula to calculate the first monday of the year. The crew can enter their first rotation. I just need to be able to saw the "Days pay" accurately and dynamically.
